Upgrading to Version 0.0.5

Version 0.0.5 includes a change to the database schema. If one is upgrading an existing installation of ISCS, one must alter the schema on the DBD. Before running the new SPM, apply the DBDUpgradeTo-0.0.5.sql file against the database, e.g., for MySQL mysql -u <DBD USER NAME> -p spm < DBDUpgradeTo-0.0.5.sql
